About Our Travel Trailer Rentals
Our favorite part of doing this is getting to meet and getting to know new people who love doing what we do! We are looking forward to hosting you! Please thoroughly review the information and rental agreement before submitting a booking request. We strive to give all guests a great experience and we thank you for letting us be a part of your adventure!
SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
We charge a Prep Fee of $130. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental.
We require at least a $200 holding deposit that will be applied toward your total amount after signing our rental agreement quote.
A Security Deposit is required for each Travel Trailer rental and is due five to seven days prior to the day of the Rental Period Start Date. This Security Deposit covers the cost in the event there are missing or damaged items inside or outside of the Travel Trailer during your stay. If necessary, additional costs associated with missing or damaged items inside or outside the Travel Trailer may be charged to your credit card that we have on file, plus sales tax. After your rental period ends AND a clear inspection of the vehicle has been performed, your security deposit will be refunded (minus any add on fees or damage costs as needed) within three to seven days.
All of our travel trailers are preferred for Delivery. This includes delivery to campsite, set up, retrieval of trailer, and dumping. The trailer will also have the water tank filled and will have propane on the front of the trailer. (DO NOT use propane attached to the trailer for the generator). Please message us to ask about delivery fees or view our Delivery Fee page. The refundable security deposit is $1,000 for delivery.
If you would like to pick up one of our travel trailers with your own vehicle the refundable security deposit will be $1,500. You will need to fill out our liability and vehicle information form. Insurance is required! Insurance can be purchased from our MBA Insurance or you can request coverage from your own insurance company. We ask that you would kindly dump black and gray water tanks before returning. If you would like us to dump the trailer for you, there will be a $50 dump fee.
DELIVERY & CHECK IN ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
We will Deliver and set up the Travel Trailer at the agreed upon rental location, date, and time.
We will be available for Check In for the Travel Trailer at agreed upon Pick up location, date, and time.
Delivery (set up or pick up) times are generally around or by 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm and Retrieval (take down or return) times are generally around 10:00 am - 11:00 am. We request that you be present at the rental Delivery set up or Check In pick up location at the same time as one of our staff. Our staff member will provide you with an orientation to show you the safe and proper use of the Travel Trailer features. The process can take up to one hour. Our staff retains the right to say the desired delivery location is not accessible or safe for a trailer set up. They will do what they can to accommodate you and locate the next best delivery location nearby that you both can agree upon. If no agreement can be made on a new delivery location, the delivery fee will NOT be refunded, and you may be charged an additional fee to cover travel costs & time spent.
INCLUDED:
Trailer comes stocked with RV toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Anything else stored in the trailer is available to use during your rental. Kitchen supplies are limited, please plan ahead and bring what you will need for your adventure.
OPTIONAL AMENITIES:
A generator, with one 5 gallon propane tank, will be provided as requested at an additional fee of $29 per night. Our generators must be run on propane only and any additional fuel is the responsibility of the renter. We can provide an additional propane tank for your rental upon request for $15 per tank. If any fuel other than propane is used the result will be an automatic penalty of $500.
We do NOT provide bedding and towels. If you would like bedding and towels provided during your rental, a $30 fee will be charged. The cost of any linens that are damaged or lost will be taken from the security deposit.
All pets are prohibited unless approved by the owner prior to rental. Pets are welcome at additional fees. $10 per night for 1 pet and $15 per night for 2 pets with a minimum fee of $45 per rental. Maximum of 2 pets per rental. Upon return of the RV there should be NO EVIDENCE OF AN ANIMAL IN THE UNIT. Any such evidence including, but not limited to, odor, pet hair, scratches, etc. will be the full responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the card on file, this includes a cleaning fee as needed. If pet is not pre-approved, a $200 penalty will be taken from the security deposit.
CLEANING:
Our travel trailers are cleaned prior to your rental. The travel trailer must be returned without damages and the inside must be clean prior to check out. If the travel trailer is returned with damage and/or in an unclean state, additional charges may be deducted from the Security Deposit and, if necessary, additional charges may be charged to your credit card.
Cleaning supplies and a checklist will be provided to you. You may be charged a $20 - $80 cleaning fee depending on the condition the travel trailer is left in.
Damages are based on the cost to repair any item that incurs damage during your rental.
We have Departure and Return forms to document prior damage seen before and after the rental for your review and use.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. This includes, but not limited to, cigarettes and vaping. Smoking in travel trailers will result in an automatic penalty of $500!
We DO NOT RECOMMEND drinking the Travel Trailer tap water. Please bring your own drinking water. We are not liable if you choose to drink the tap water. The water supplied in the fresh water tank is clean, but we cannot guarantee it is safe for drinking.
Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
Awning is to be used at YOUR OWN RISK. The most common damages to Travel Trailers are the awning. Any damages to the awning will be the full responsibility of the renter.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund, minus a $99 cancellation processing fee, will be issued if you cancel at least 30 days prior to rental start date. A 50% refund, minus a $99 cancellation processing fee, will be issued if you cancel at least 14 days prior to the rental start date. All bookings made within 7 days prior to rental start date, are allowed a 24-hour cancellation grace period, which means a full refund, minus a $99 cancellation processing fee, will be issued if canceled within 24 hours of booking. All bookings canceled outside of above parameters will not be refunded unless the owner decides to do so but retains the right to determine how much refund will be issued if any. We offer a one-time courtesy reservation rescheduling if the change is made at least 48 hours before the reservation start date. Rescheduling is based on availability, and the new reservation must take place
during the current season.

NO WARRANTY – NO INSURANCE PROVIDED – INHERENTLY DANGEROUS ACTIVTY!
We make NO WARRANTIES of any kind, nature or description, express or implied, or apparent, as to the quality and manufacture, safety, drivability or fitness for any particular purpose of any vehicle or equipment. You have the knowledge that operating UTV(s) with other like vehicles, is an inherently dangerous activity and carries high risks of serious personal injury, property damage, or death to others or yourself. You also know that there are normal, mechanical and environmental conditions and risks which independently or in combination with your planed activity may cause injury or even death to you or others, as well as property damage. You know that operating UTV(s) has been known to cause serious injury and death, because of the risks inherent in operation of the Vehicle(s) itself as well as where and how they are operated. We strongly urge the renter and other passengers to have medical insurance prior to engaging in this activity. We do not provide medical insurance and advise that serious injuries can be financially devastating.
SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
We do not extend any of our motor vehicle financial responsibility or provide public liability insurance coverage. Insurance must be purchased separately in order to rent any Vehicle provided by us. Insurance is to be purchased from MBA Insurance at www.mbapowersports.com. The cost is $40 per day per vehicle and it must be purchased at the above listed website.

This Security Deposit covers the cost in the event there are missing or damaged items inside or outside of the UTV during your adventure, plus sales tax. If necessary, additional costs associated with missing or damaged items may be charged to your credit card that we have on file, plus sales tax. Your security deposit will be scheduled for refund within three days after your rental period ends AND a clear inspection of the Vehicle has been performed. It can take up to four to fourteen days for Square to process the refund.
DELIVERY & PICK UP ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
We will Deliver to the agreed upon rental location, date, and time. Please message us about our delivery fees.
We also rent Trailers that can be towed by your own vehicle. Please message us about our available trailers and fees. Your vehicle must handle the weight of the trailer and rental vehicle.
We also allow you to bring your own trailer and tow with your own vehicle. Your trailer and vehicle must handle the weight of the rental vehicle.
Departure (delivery or pick up) and Retrieval (retrieval or return) times are between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. We request that you be present at the rental Delivery or Pick Up location at the same time as one of our staff. Our staff member will provide you with an orientation to show you the safe and proper use of the UTV features and fit all operators and passengers to safety equipment. The process can take up to 30 minutes. Our staff retains the right to say the desired delivery location is not accessible or safe to deliver. They will do what they can to accommodate you and locate the next best delivery location nearby that you both can agree upon. If no agreement can be made on a new delivery location, the delivery fee will NOT be refunded, and you may be charged an additional fee to cover travel costs & time spent.
INCLUDED:
A helmet SHOULD be worn at all times while operating or riding any vehicle. A helmet and safety glasses are included in your rental fee. We have limited sizes and quantities available. If you have your own safety equipment and are willing to bring for your adventure, we welcome you to do so.
All of our vehicles come with a full tank of fuel.
All of our vehicles will be in a clean state for your rental.
CLEAN & FUEL FEES:
Please return the vehicle in the same condition that you received it in, except for ordinary wear and tear.
Vehicle should be returned with the same amount of fuel as when rented. If the vehicle accumulates excess dirt and or mud during your rental period, you are responsible to power wash the vehicle before returning.
If you would like us to fuel and clean the vehicle after your rental, there is a clean and fuel fee of $95 to cover the cost of fuel, cleaning, and time spent.
OPERATOR & PASSENGER INFORMATION:
Notice: Under A.R.S. § 28-964, (1) any operator or passenger who is under the age of 18 must wear a properly secured protective helmet whenever operating or riding on any rental Vehicle and (2) any operator must wear protective glasses, goggles or a transparent face shield whenever operating any rental Vehicle. We strongly recommend all operators and passengers wear a helmet whenever operating or riding any rental Vehicle, and will be provided for renter use free of charge.
All Operators and Passengers 18 years and older must sign and acknowledge that they shall be bound by all the terms of the Agreement. They agree to participate in the activity, and understand the danger of the activity.
In the case of a minor Passenger (under 18 years), the parent or guardian must sign and
acknowledge that they and the minor shall be bound by all the terms of the Agreement. The parent or legal guardian must agree that the minor elects to participate in the activity, and both understand the danger of the activity.
We ask that if you are pregnant or have back or heart problems, that you please consult with a doctor before participating in our rental activities.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL or DRUG possession or consumption (legal or illegal) before or during use or while in possession of the rented Vehicle is permitted.
You agree to follow and be bound by the General UTV Operation and Safety Rules. See link to view Operation and Safety Rules.
